It is an automatic machine to make ice cream cone heating by gas. This model can make the cones from 60 to 105mm long. The mini cones can be filling with ice cream, chocolate, marshmallow or other candy.
The gas ice cream cone machine is fully automatic from batter injection, baking, biscuit transfer, cone forming, demolding, conveying and stacking.
The servo motor system make the machine work much better to make the mini cones uniform and with nice looking.

Batter injection: the batter pump will pump the mixed batter to the baking plates.The photo shows the two pumps with two colors.

Baking plates:the baking plates are made of high quality ductile iron #QT600.Every plate is connected by high temperature bushes and imported roller bearing, filled with imported high temperature food grade grease(brand:KLUBER from Germany). It can work continuously for 24hours everyday without stop in your peak season.We can make your logo on the baking plates.It can be replaced by normal one.

Control panel:It is easy-operation touch screen with display.The touch screen brand is DELTA or Siemens.

Rolling molds:it rolls the cone from baked biscuit precisely.The rolling shell is made of brass which can be anti-friction.
