maintenance for some parts
The maintenance for some parts of the ice cream mini cone baking machine.
1.Inject high-temperature lubricating grease (KLUBER HCB83-402 or L55/2) into the bearing of movable roller every 3200 working hours.After 6000 working hours, it is necessary to replace the movable roller on the baking plate, and inject high-temperature lubricating grease (KLUBER HCB83-402 or L55/2) into the new bearings.
2.After 5000 working hours,the gear box for main motor and rolling motor should be replaced.Add the 220# gear oil on batter pump and add the 320# gear oil on the gear box for annular conveyor.
3.Replace the high-temperature shaft sleeve of baking plate every 12000 working hours.
4.Replace the shaft sleeve or bearing bushing on the sliding seat of the sliding shaft rotation device every 12000 working hours.
5.Replace the shaft sleeve and connecting shaft in the driving chain of the rolling system every 12000 working hours.
6.Inject lubricating oil (KLUBER HCB83-402) into the wheel disc bearings on both sides of the rolling device every 1600 working hours.
