This ice cream cone baker is our max. model which can make the cones with capacity from 10500 to 12000pcs/hour for the cones from 100 to 140mm long.
It is driven by 3phase power with 380V or 220V and the baking oven is heating with gas(piped natural gas or liquid gas). Our ice cream cone production line has the advantages of high production efficiency, simple operation, safety and health, stable quality and so on.
The machine can make cones with two colors or three colors with the extra pumping system.And we can make the logo on the baking plates as customer required.
The whole machine is driven by servo motor system with 6 servo motors.
