Servo motor system
There are 6 axis for the servo motor system on our ice cream cone making machine.
Axis 1 controls the baking plates:it adjusts the position of the baking plates on the rail and drives the baking plates to move forward or backward.
Axis 2 controls the rolling device:it controls the position of the rolling device of the cone so that the biscuit can be normally sent to the rollers for forming.
Axis 3 controls the biscuit feeding claw:it adjusts the position where the feeding claw presses on the biscuit is advanced or backward.
Axis 4 controls the batter spray position:it controls the position of the spray nozzle and cooperate with the baking plates.
Axis 5 controls the batter pump system:it adjusts the spraying time and control the batter sprayed capacity.
Axis 6 controls the annular conveyor:counterclockwise movement of the annular conveyor to synchronize with the cone removal time from the rollers.
