Machine Details
Batter injection: the batter pump will pump the mixed batter to the baking plates.
Baking plates: there are 45pieces of baking plates which are made of high quality ductile iron #QT600. There are two pieces of biscuit on each baking plate.
Control panel: It is easy-operation touch screen with display. The touch screen brand is DELTA .
Rolling molds: it rolls the cone from baked biscuit precisely. It has 16 sets of rolling molds. The rolling shell is made of brass which can be anti-friction.
Cooling conveyor: there are two cooling fans on the conveyor. It is made of #304 stainless steel and food grade PVC.
Metal detector: it can detect the metals and if there is, it will move it automatically.
