Warranty of the ice cream wafer cone machine

We will send the engineer for installation with 5-10days if the customer requires.The warranty period for our ice cream cone production line is 12 months from the date of equipment installation and debugging or 13 months from the shipping date. The first occurrence date shall prevail.During the warranty period, if there are any problems with the product, we are responsible for free repair and replenishment. We will pay for the shipping cost by express if needed.All consequences arising from product quality issues shall be borne by us.Except for the following situations: improper operation and maintenance by the customer, using equipment beyond regulations,or normal wear and tear of the equipment.

We will also supply one lot of spare parts with the machine such as one set of baking plate,rollers,blade,belts,bushes with grease,burners,connecting shaft etc.
