How to hoist the commercial waffle cone maker:

1.Fix the wire rope with more than 16mm diameter to the two rings (641) on the main body frame(640).There are four rings on the front and back of the machine.Keep the balance of the machine when hoisting.When shifting the machine, use a crane or forklift with sufficient load.(Note:no one is allowed to stand under the machine after the machine is lifted).

2.Align the two split baking machine bodies with the locating pins at both ends and connect them with external hexagon bolts (please ignore for integrated machine).Connect the baking plates at the left and right ends with the connecting shaft (619), and install the rolling wheels (615) and the fixed circlip.Put the level gauge (646) on the baking plates of the main machine, adjust the foot (643) of the machine's foot pad position, adjust the oven to the horizontal position, and tighten the bolts.Tighten the springs on both sides of the movable bearing seat of the large wheel at the

end of the main body of the baking machine. The strength of the springs on both sides shall be the same.

3.Connection between the main body and rolling frame:adjust the height of the main body (640) of the baking machine to be consistent with that of the rolling frame (626), and align with the locating pins (670) under both ends.Then connect the main body of the baking machine with the rolling frame with an outer hexagon bolt (671) at the four corners of the rolling frame.
