1.Put the flour,sugar,oil,water and other materials into the mixer to get the batter.The gas pump can automatically pump the batter into the trolley.And then move the trolley to the ice cream cone machine and drop it to the batter tank.Separate batter pump can be added for extra color of the cone.We can make the cones with 3 color max. with 3 pumping systems.

 

2.Before spray the batter onto the baking plates,the ice cream cone machine needs to heat and it costs about 40-60 minutes to heat the baking plates temperature up to 160C.

3.When the temperature reaches to 160 which is shown on the touch screen,brush vegetable oil on the upper plate and then open the batter pumping system.It starts to spray the batter and make ice cream cones.Also you can spray the sesame onto the batter with a sesame dispenser.

             

3.The baking plates move one round on the track inside the baking oven and the batter is baked as one piece of round biscuit.The biscuit is transferred by the feeding hammer and sent into the rolling molds.After rolling,the ice cream cone is formed and it will demold from the roller and drop onto the pocket conveyor.One visual inspection device can be added to check if there is any cones are not good.

 

4.Then the cones will be blown by the air onto the cooling conveyor or cooling tower.There are two sets of cooling fans on the cooling conveyor to speed  up the cooling for ice cream cones.

 

5.After cooling conveyor,there are some optional devices for the automatic waffle cone production line such as metal detector,paper sleeve dispenser,V-top adjuster(use with the natural waffle cone),automatic counter with stacking system and the packing table.

6.Lastly,the workers collect the cones from the packing table or counter and put the product into the cartons.

How to prepare for a good ice cream cone factory?

1. Building the factory where it is easy to be connected with the power and gas.The LPG gas pressure must be more than 2.8Kpa.Also it is easy to discharge the wastes air.Install the exhaust air duct and exhaust fan to discharge the hot air.The diameter of the chimney on our machine is 300mm.You can buy the exhaust air duct with such size.

2. The factory should be big and high enough to place the whole ice cream cone production line and it will include the batter mix room,warehouse to keep flour,sugar,cassava starch,coconut oil and finished products.The batter mix room is near to the machine and it must be easy to move the batter to the machine.It is better to mix the batter with cool water.

3. Prepare the paper sleeves if required.You can buy it from other supplier or make it with paper sleeve machines.Then you have to buy the papers,printing machine,cutting machine,punching machine and sleeve making machine.

4. Buy one air compressor about 3-6kw for the ice cream cone machine.It is used to blow the cones to the conveyor and clean the crushed slag.Buy the bubble wrap and cartons for packing.

5.Employ the operator and engineer for the machine and labors to pack the finished cones.The operator can also prepare the batter recipe.2-3 persons to pack the finished cones.

 

 

What are the differences between our automatic sugar cone machines and other machines?

1.The baking plate material of our ice cream cone machine is QT-600 cast iron,the Brinell hardness is more than 230.The plate from other supplier is made of QT-450 cast iron,and the Brinell hardness is just about 180.

2.Our sugar cone machine can be driven by servo motor system.Every movement of the machine is driven by separate motor.The machine from other supplier is mechanical drive.

3.The distance between the roller and brass shell can be adjusted one by one or integrally with a handwheel.The machine from other supplier can be only adjusted integrally.It is hard to make sure distance of each roller is completely the same.

4.There are double bearings on the baking plates wheel,which makes the machine works more stably and with long service life.

5.The gas pipe of our waffle cone making machine is in single row and the burner is small.This small flame can bake the biscuit slowly,which makes the cone with better color.And also it can save the gas consumption.

6.The main structure is welded by seamless square rectangular tube, which is sturdy and firm, and the equipment is not easily deformed after heating.

7.All the electrics on our machine are famous brands from Germany and Japan.

8.The axle of our roller is about 235mm long with the separate spring.When making the flat top cones,the production yield will be up to 100%.But the axle of other supplier is long to 610mm.It will be shaking when rolling the cones.This will make the cones not in uniform shape.

The same machine can only make one flat top cones and it can make some waffle cones with changing the molds. But we do not recommend to make too many sizes with one machine.

Yes, we can make the logo with the similar size as a coin. And the logo can be changeable with the plain one. You can make the cones with or without logo.
