1.Put the flour,sugar,oil,water and other materials into the mixer to get the batter.The gas pump can automatically pump the batter into the trolley.And then move the trolley to the ice cream cone machine and drop it to the batter tank.Separate batter pump can be added for extra color of the cone.We can make the cones with 3 color max. with 3 pumping systems.

2.Before spray the batter onto the baking plates,the ice cream cone machine needs to heat and it costs about 40-60 minutes to heat the baking plates temperature up to 160C.

3.When the temperature reaches to 160 which is shown on the touch screen,brush vegetable oil on the upper plate and then open the batter pumping system.It starts to spray the batter and make ice cream cones.Also you can spray the sesame onto the batter with a sesame dispenser.

3.The baking plates move one round on the track inside the baking oven and the batter is baked as one piece of round biscuit.The biscuit is transferred by the feeding hammer and sent into the rolling molds.After rolling,the ice cream cone is formed and it will demold from the roller and drop onto the pocket conveyor.One visual inspection device can be added to check if there is any cones are not good.

4.Then the cones will be blown by the air onto the cooling conveyor or cooling tower.There are two sets of cooling fans on the cooling conveyor to speed  up the cooling for ice cream cones.

5.After cooling conveyor,there are some optional devices for the automatic waffle cone production line such as metal detector,paper sleeve dispenser,V-top adjuster(use with the natural waffle cone),automatic counter with stacking system and the packing table.

6.Lastly,the workers collect the cones from the packing table or counter and put the product into the cartons.
