Production Process
Step-by-Step Production Process for ice cream wafer cone
1.Batter Preparation: Raw ingredients (flour, starch, water, oil, and flavor) are mixed into a smooth liquid paste.
2.Automated Injection: The batter nozzle sprays a precise, quantitative amount of batter into each heated lower mold cavity.
3.Baking: The upper die hydraulic or mechanical system closes down onto the lower mold and it will move one turning in the baking oven.
4.Automatic De-molding: Once the baking plate runs to the mold-open part, the upper mold will lift and the lower mold is open with air blows down the wafer cones to the conveyor.
