1.Our ice cream wafer cone machine is a fully automatic machine to make different types of wafers such as cone,corn,torch,flower,cup etc.The baking plates are made of cast iron QT600.And the male molds are made of lead-free copper which is much safer for the food processing machine.The wafer cone maker is heated by gas,both LPG and CNG are ok.
2.There are 3 to 7 pieces of molding cavities on each baking plate according to the product top size.You can send us your product photo and size first,then we will design it so that you can choose the right model according to the capacity.
3.About our ice cream wafer maker ,the molding cavities can be easily replaced to make different shapes of wafer products.The whole following parts will be replaced which is easily to operate.And our male mold is vertically demolded from the female mold,which can reduce the wastes.

Difference between wafer cone machine and sugar cone machine
1.The wafer cone is formed by the pressed molds with different shapes.
The sugar cone is formed by the rolling molds.
2.There are less sugar in the wafer cone formula.
3.It is more easily to change the molds from the sugar cone machine to make different sizes.Only the rolling core or both rolling core and the copper shell should be changed according to the cone difference.If the sugar cone sizes are similar,even no need to change anything.So the cost for the extra molds are very less.But the molds of wafer cone machine are installed on each baking plate and one set of molds can only make one size and shape.So the cost for extra molds are more expensive.
4.There is no need to clean the molds of wafer cone machine usually as there are less sugar in the formula.But you need to clean the baking plates of sugar cone machine very often as the sugar will cause the carbon on it.
