Working process of the machine

1.Making the batter for the wafer cone with wheat flour,sugar,starch,water,etc.

2.Pumping the batter from the mixer to the batter trolley and then move the trolley to the batter tank which is beside the machine.Or you can connect the pipe between mixer and batter tank so that the batter can go through the pipe to the batter tank automatically.

3.The batter nozzle will inject the batter into the molds on the baking plates.Then the upper molds will close and press the lower molds.The baking plates will go forward on the track for a round in the baking oven of the wafer cone machine and then open again.When it opens,the finished ice cream cones will demold and drop on the conveyor.

4.If there is a automatic counter,then the cones will stack automatically which is easy for packing.
