Our Machine Advantages

1. Forming device: the forming device of our ice cream cone machine has an independent rolling core spring (01), which can independently adjust the tightness of any set of rolling molds. The length of rolling core rotating shaft is only 235mm, which can ensure the accuracy of concentricity between brass shell and rolling core. On the machine from other suppliers, the rolling core rotating shaft length is more than 600mm which is too long.After continuous work with few hours, the shaft will be a little bend.

2. Main drive reducer: the main drive reducer (04) of our equipment is directly transferred to the main shaft to drive the baking plate to rotate, which reduces the chain rotation and makes the operation more stable. Variable speed is used to adjust. On the other machine, continuously variable transmission is used to drive the main shaft to rotate by the chain, the equipment may shake in the section during operation, which will affect the stability of the baking plate. After running for a period of time, the chain will be elongated.

3. Baking plates rail: our baking plates rail (06) is movable and fixed on the firm pad rail. The rail can be replaced after abrasion. On the machine from other suppliers, the baking plates rail is fixed and very thin. When the equipment runs rapidly, it shakes greatly, which will affect the operation stability of the equipment, and it is very troublesome to maintain and replace.

4. Baking plates：our baking plates are made of high quality cast iron "QT#600" which has higher density. With this kind of baking plates, there will be less oil and soybean lecithin in the batter formula.And it is not so easy to make the carbon on the plates. The baking plates from other suppliers are made of cast iron "QT#450".
