Baking plates of the machine
The baking plate is used to bake the biscuit, which is composed of upper and lower plates, and are installed on the track of the main frame. The baking plates are connected and fixed together by the connecting shaft. Sliding rollers are installed on both sides of the connecting shaft .
There is engraving or a special LOGO on the surface of the lower baking plate. The surface of both upper plate and lower plate which is used to produce the flat top sugar cone is provided with a positioning arc.During production, the batter is sprayed on the lower baking plate and baked into a biscuit after being heated and baked by gas.
After a period of production, there will be carbon deposits on the upper and lower plates surfaces. The more carbon deposits, the more vegetable oil and soybean lecithin will be added in the batter formula. When the carbon deposits is too more, it is necessary to comprehensively clean the carbon on the upper and lower baking plates. Please use carbon cleaning tools(the angle grinder is equipped with fine steel wire, as shown in bellowing special blade or dry ice to clean the carbon deposit.
