Workflow
The production process of the automatic ice cream cone baking machine can be divided into the following stages:
1.the main motor (500) of axis 1 drives the baking plate sprocket on the main driving shaft, and the baking plate is driven by the baking plate sprocket on the rail.
2.The servo motor of the batter pump system drives the batter pump moving back and forth to pump the batter for the machine.At the same time, the servo motor of the batter spray position drives the spray nozzle moving back and forth to spray the batter onto the baking plates.
3.The biscuit feeding claw servo motor drives the equal dividing plate to rotate through the coupling.When the biscuit enters the blade and is shoveled up by the blade and is about to leave the blade , it is immediately pressed by the biscuit feeding claw, and the biscuit is taken out from the biscuit gap plate and sent to the inlet of the rolling shell.The roller rotates driven by the synchronous belt of the rolling system, roll the biscuit into the rolling shell for forming and is clamped by the roller. With the movement of the chain driven by the motor, the rolling part moves to the cone off position.
