prepare for the cone factory

1. Building the factory where it is easy to be connected with the power and gas.The LPG gas pressure must be more than 2.8kg.Also it is easy to discharge the wastes.Install the exhaust air duct and exhaust fan to discharge the hot air.The diameter of the chimney on our machine is 300mm.You can buy the exhaust air duct with such size.

2. The factory should be big and high enough to place the whole ice cream cone production line and it will include the batter mix room,warehouse to keep flour,sugar and finished products.The batter mix room is near to the machine and it must be easy to move the batter to the machine.It is better to mix the batter with cool water.

3. Prepare the paper sleeves if required.You can buy it from other supplier or make it with paper sleeve machines.Then you have to buy the papers,printing machine,cutting machine,punching machine and sleeve making machine.

4. Buy one air compressor about 3kw for the ice cream cone machine.It is used to blow the cones to the conveyor and clean the crushed slag.Buy the bubble wrap and cartons for packing.
